This policy explains what information Dankton Farms collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a wholesale inquiry, we collect the details you enter: business name, establishment license number, contact name, role, email, phone, establishment type, products of interest, and your message.

When you confirm your age, your browser remembers your answer in that tab until you close it, so you are not asked again on every page. It is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you, verify your establishment's license, and set up and manage a wholesale relationship. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also routes our email. Inquiry submissions and emails sent to us are delivered to our email provider's inbox. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, including the spam check on the inquiry form (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Opting out

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete the information you submitted. Email wholesale@dankton.com and we will remove you from further contact.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain any resulting business relationship.
